The whole 300 Rai of Rock Garden Beach resort estate is built on land adjacent to the ocean, and with undeveloped land near the ocean fetching 8 million baht per Rai upwards nowadays, then for the developed land on the Rock Garden Beach resort estate which comes complete with infrastructure and communal facilities you might expect to pay around 2 million baht for a 1/4 Rai plot, plus extra for the house, depending upon it’s condition. Not so for Rock Garden Beach.
