Tantarin resort estate near Mae Phim Rayong

Tantarin is a charming resort estate situated in a prime location on the hillside overlooking the ocean at Ao Kai, perhaps the most exclusive real estate location in the Mae Phim area of Rayong. The estate was proudly constructed around 15 years ago by a local family who so named the Tantarin estate after their two daughters, Tanya and Tarin.

This mature development consists of a number of 3 storey, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse properties built around a central swimming pool, terrace and gardened area, with one private carport parking space per house, plus some additional communal parking to the rear of the houses. Most of the houses have some kind of a sea view, the best views being from the upper floors, which have balconies to the front.

The houses, which enjoy approximately 150 square meters of living space, were built to a good standard of construction, with marble floors to the ground floor lounge area, and wooden floors to the upper floors. A number of the houses have been modernized in recent years as the area has grown in popularity and land price, and expensive million dollar mansions have been built just a short distance away on the other side of the road, whilst next door the luxurious X2 resort has just been completed.

The resort estate has direct access to the beach and ocean below just a short walk away via a stepped path which leads down the hillside from the swimming pool area. So if you want to swim in the sea or visit a restaurant by the beach it is only 50 meters or so along the path to the foot of the hillside.
