Luxury Villa Development near Ao Kai, Mae Phim

A recent development in the area is the building of luxury oceanview villas on the hill on the road to Ao Kai, just around the corner and down the road from Sunrise Property Thailand’s new office / showroom. Each villa is being built to customer’s requirements, which include swimming pool and terrace with spectacular views over the ocean towards the Koh Man islands out to sea.

The villas are selling for around 40 – 50 million Thai baht (1.15 – 1.45 million US dollars) making them some of the most expensive homes in the region, and helping to establish Mae Phim and the surrounding area as an area of “hot property”.
